Class and Project Schedules Fall-Winter 2010-2011
Please make reservations for one or all of our club activities and classes. The classes are designed for all skill levels so don't be afraid to jump in and learn something new!
All classes and projects are taught in the classroom at our store. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please check back often for updates to our schedule.
Electricity Class (September 4th and November 13)
This is class is so popular with miniaturists that we had to add a second class. Sorry, the September 4 class is filled but there is still room in the November class. Class fee is $20.00. Contact Us for more information.
Quilter's Ladder Class (September 25, 2010)
This class is filling up fast so sign up soon! We have a sample in the store of this adorable ladder. Nancy McEwen is teaching the class and the class fee is $40.00. There is also a list of supplies (tools) you will need to bring to this class.
Floor Lamp Class (October 14, 2010)
Jim Pounder is teaching this clever class. The class fee is $85.00. Sorry, this class was so popular that it has already been filled.
Pocket Watch Class (October 12 or 15, 2010)
This class is being taught by the LadyBug Lady. Call us for more information about this class.
Christmas Tree Class (November 4, 2010)
Just in time for the holidays, this delightful class allows you to make your choice of a silver, green, or Victorian type Christmas tree. Guaranteed to be loads of fun and get you in the holiday spirit, the class fee is only $25.00 and is taught by Donna Hennricks.
Upcoming Classes in 2011
Starting off our class schedule for the new year is a January Flower Class taught by Paula DiHooley. Also planned for our 2011 classes are the following:
- Chair Class
- Sewing Basket Class
- Room Box Class-followed with a Roll-Top Desk Class and a Door/Shelf/Table Class to accessorize your room box.
Just For Kid's
Kid's Klub- Meets the 3rd Saturday of every month and is for kid's ages 8-13, from 10:00am-12:00pm. The Klub will resume on September 18, 2010 and the first project is a flower pot brimming with flowers. If time allows, a humming bird feeder will be included. The cost is $5.00 per child and includes all supplies. Kid's get a chance to discover their creativity in miniature with a different project every month. (Christmas project is a present for Mom.) Advance reservations requested as space is limited to 10 students.
Kid's Birthday Parties-Let your child and their friends celebrate birthdays Miniature Memories style! The kid's design miniature birthday cakes their way. Limit 10 kids and we ask that you please make reservations 3 weeks in advance. Cost is $5.00 per child.
