About Us...

Meet Cindy Hinske, owner of  Miniature Memories, and her husband Bob.  Cindy got hooked on miniatures about 12 years ago and has been creating miniature masterpieces ever since.  Although you'll usually find Cindy answering phones, on the computer, stocking and dusting shelves, creating class schedules or working on a variety of projects, one of her favorite activities is buying for the store.

She attends shows and markets around the country and hand selects each and every item you see in the store.  And while Cindy is busy with all of that, her husband Bob has his duties too.

When Bob has free time from his accounting customers, he's building display shelves, assembling dollhouses or a host of other "handy" jobs around the store.  Bob's mother was also a miniaturist and her handiwork is displayed proudly in Miniature Memories'  front window.

Meet Cindy's right hand woman, Karen Sweet.  Karen started out as a customer and ended up working
in the store.  From helping with general store duties to assisting with classes, Karen's knowledge, passion and love for miniatures is reflected in her creative ideas.  Karen loves to help customers come up with creative solutions for any and all miniature challenges!

And then there's Mary Coss.   A miniaturist at heart, her creative touches are also reflected in the store.  Mary is a goldmine of information and assists not only customers but is an integral part of the ongoing classes.
